Features of Electro-Induced Periodical Structures in LiTaO3 Single Crystal and Their Interaction with Surface Acoustic Wave

Experimental results of the magnitude relative (thick curves), and phase absolute (thin curves) deviations of the (a, c, and e) reflected and (b, d, and f) transmitted signals, which was measured for the positive +DC (red curve) and negative −DC (black curve) polarities. The results are compared for the induced structure (a and b) distributed on the surface of the thin plate, (c and d) the four “domains” distributed in the volume, and (e and f) the two opposite directed “domains” induced in the volume.
