A Single Intramedullary K-Wire Is Sufficient for the Management of Nonthumb Metacarpal Shaft Fractures

<div>A 17-year-old male patient whose X-rays of anteroposterior and oblique views of the hand show a displaced diaphyseal fracture of the second metacarpal. Fluoroscopic photos show the final fixation of the displaced second metacarpal fracture with the three-point fixation of the intramedullary K-wire.</div>
