Gene expression of NHDF after incubation with 10 μg/mL St. John’s Wort polysaccharide fractions in minimal MEM for 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h. Results of RT-PCR with TaqMan assays were normalized to endogenous control 18 srRNA and to the respected expression of target genes in untreated control cells.
