The S-Layer Glycoprotein of the Crenarchaeote Sulfolobus acidocaldarius Is Glycosylated at Multiple Sites with Chitobiose-Linked N-Glycans

Glycopeptides observed in LC-MS/MS analyses of proteolytic digests of the S-layer from S. acidocaldarius. Tryptic glycopeptides are designated T24, T26 and so forth based on the in silico digest shown in Figure 2. Two chymotryptic glycopeptides derived from the C-terminal domain of the S-layer are designated C-1 and C-2.
