Elevated temperatures yield interpretable NMR spectra for the 78 kDa heterotetrameric Pfu Pop5-RPP30 complex. Overlay of two-dimensional 1H-15N correlation spectra of [U-15N]-RPP30 in complex with unlabeled Pop5 at 55°C (black) and 25°C (red) reveal excessive broadening at 25°C that is partly overcome at 55°C.
