The lanes correspond to the following: 1: ACS1-G; 2: ACS1-A; 3: ACS2-G; 4: ACS2-A; 5: ACS3-G; 6: ACS3-A, 7: ACS4-G; 8: ACS4-A; 9: ACS5-G; and 10: ACS5-A. Each lane contains approximately 2 μg of the protein obtained after the heat-treatment step. Lanes M indicate molecular weight markers (given in kDa).
