Numbers in parentheses indicate the number of sequences affiliated to the branches (a detailed phylogenetic tree was available in supporting materials in Supplementary Material available online at http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2016/9278929). The main composition of the whole archaeal community was also shown in the pie chart.
