(3) Healthy lifestyle choicesLearning coping skills; Stress management skills; Building skills to identify and plan healthy daily activities; Learning & practicing several relaxation techniques; Building skills to identify and plan healthy daily activities

(4) Preventing relapse to risky behavior: Recovery as a journeyBuilding a road map for the journey of recovery; Relapse prevention skills; Identify early warning signs; Understanding and managing seemingly irrelevant decisions (SID).
