Estimates of standard error (SE) obtained by a bootstrap procedure (1000 replicates) are shown in bold in corresponding column. Analyses were conducted using the Kimura 2-parameter model [34]. The analysis involved 76 nucleotide sequences with a total of 672 positions in the final dataset. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA6 [35] after removing all ambiguous positions for each sequence pair.
