Human HeLa cells were infected with low-path, avian-derived influenza virus strain A/Viet Nam/1203/04 (H5N1) HALo (MOI = 0.5). Infected cell cultures were fixed for immunofluorescence 3h.p.i. and 12h.p.i. with anti-PARP (red) and anti-NP (green), and DAPI chromatin counterstaining indicating cell nuclei (blue).
