FTIR spectra of the amide-I region for A𝛽 peptide alone (—) and that with Curcumin (- - -), with Curcumin-Cu(II) complex (····), and with Curcumin-Zn complex (-··-··-··). The concentration of the peptide was 30 𝜇M and that of Curcumin, Curcumin-Cu(II), and Curcumin-Zn(II) complexes was 100  𝜇M in the respective samples.
