Boswellia dalzielii-Mediated Silver Nanoparticles Inhibited Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Kasumi-1 Cells by Inducing Cell Cycle Arrest

Figure 6

XRD pattern of B. dalzielii AgNps. The XRD pattern of the nanoparticles showed distinct peaks at 38.02°, 42.94°, 64.45°, 77.20°, and 81.47° in the range of 2θ which can be indexed to the (111), (200), (220), (311), and (222) crystallographic planes of face-centered cubic (fcc) structure of silver, respectively. Therefore, the XRD pattern agrees with the specifications stated by the Joint Committee on Powder Diffraction Standard (JPDS) file no. 04-0783 for metallic silver. Hence, the XRD pattern showed that the silver nanoparticles have crystalline structure.
