Protection of Iron-Induced Oxidative Damage in Neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) Cells by Combination of 1-(N-Acetyl-6-aminohexyl)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpyridin-4-one and Green Tea Extract

<div>Levels of LIP in SH-SY5Y cells with iron loading condition. SH-SY5Y cells were being exposed with or without 2 mM FeCl<sub>3</sub>. After that, the cells were then treated with 1% DMSO, CM1 (10–40 <i>μ</i>M), EGCG (10–40 <i>μ</i>M), GTE (10, 20, and 40 mg/mL equivalent to 5.24, 10.48, and 20.96 <i>μ</i>M EGCG, respectively), and combinations for 24 h.
