Linkage disequilibrium in JARID2 and DTNBP1 in a homogenous population in Shandong peninsula of China. The AT haplotype in JARID2 (block1) more in cases than in controls (, ), allelic and genotypic association also observed. This samples was from an isolated population with about 600 years history of immigration in the middle east of Shandong peninsular of China.
