ChT-L activity measured in cell lysates upon exposure to ELF-EMFs and treatment with EGCG. Caco cells were treated or not with 150  M EGCG for 24, 48, and 72 hours; they were exposed to ELF-EMFs while the control dishes were placed under the same conditions in a solenoid with no field. After harvesting and lysing the cells the ChT-L (suc-Leu-Leu-Val-Tyr-AMC) activity was executed in the cell extracts. Data are expressed as fluorescence arbitrary units subtracted of the values of control assays in the presence of specific inhibitors. Data are mean ± SE of six separate experiments.
