MTT assays Empty vector (JP4) or caspase-8s–transfected (JS2) Jurkat cells and wild-type Jurkat cells were untreated or treated with 25 ng/mL, 50 ng/mL, and 75 ng/mL of CH11 for 24 h. The wells containing nonexposed cells were defined as having 100% viability. The data are from 3 independent MTT experiments and represent as mean ± SD.
