The IRAS N-terminal of the PX domain, and the Arg 10 to Glu 120 were expressed as the NusA fusion protein. LRR represents the leucine-rich repeats and CC represents the coiled-coiled region. SDS-PAGE analysis after filtration through the N-NTA column (left column) were then immunoblotted with the anti-His mAb (right column).
