Purification of nebulin from rabbit skeletal muscle by DEAE-Toyopearl column chromatography. A muscle extract in 0.18 M KPO4 (pH 7.0), 0.2 mM ATP, 0.1 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM EGTA, and 1 M urea was loaded to DEAE-Toyopearl column and linear urea gradient up to 4 M was applied.
