Effect of systemic virus injection on tumor growth in PC-3 xenografted mice of different genders. Tumor-bearing mice were i.v. injected with either a single dose of GLV-1h68 virus (5 × 10⁶ pfu, groups no. 1 and no. 3) or with 100 𝜇𝐿 PBS (groups no. 2 and no. 4). Tumor volume was monitored weekly. Two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Bonferroni posttest was used to compare the two corresponding data points of the two groups.
