Muscle Fatigue. We fatigued the soleus muscle by stimulating the soleus muscle at a submaximal frequency (60 Hz, inset of Figure 5(a)) every three seconds for a total of 100 stimuli. (a) The mean force of all muscles. (b) Force at the 105 second time point. There is a significant difference between the wt suspended and the MuRF1-KO suspended mice.
