Circular dichroism spectra of HSA (18 M), and HSA/CLA (18 M, 50 M) in 10 mM PBS, 5% DMSO, pH = 7.4 buffer taken in the (a) far-UV and (b) near-UV spectral region. Spectra were an average of 4 spectra, and respective background spectra were subtracted accordingly. (c) Difference CD spectrum of HSA (18 M), and HSA/CLA (18 M, 50 M) solutions for the near-UV region indicates some conformational changes after CLP-A-binding.
