Effect of diclofenac on SOD2 protein levels. (a) Dose dependence. SH-SY5Y cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of diclofenac for 24 hours. The SOD2 protein level was evaluated by immunoblotting; as a loading control, the same filter was probed with anti-GAPDH antibody. (b) Time dependence.
