Effect of diclofenac on the subcellular distribution of cytochrome c. Cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions were prepared from SH-SY5Y cells incubated in the absence or in the presence of 150  𝜇 M diclofenac for the indicated times. Distribution of cytochrome c (Cyt c) in cytosolic (a) and mitochondrial (b) fraction was evaluated by immunoblotting. The same filters were also probed with anti-GAPDH (a) or anti-COX-4 (b) antibodies as loading control in the cytosolic or mitochondrial extracts, respectively.
