FSP11-specific T cells recognize tumor cell targets. T cell reactivity of the FSP11-specific (a) T cell bulk and (b) T cell clone C10/11 towards different tumor cell targets was tested at an effector to target (E∶T) cell ratio of 20∶1. Targets tested were Colo60H, HLA-0201^(pos)/ U79260(FTO) (−3); HCT116, HLA-0201^(pos)/U79260(FTO) (−4); SW480: HLA-0201^(pos)/U79260(FTO) (wt) with and without addition of FSP11; and KM12: HLA-0201^(neg)/U79260(FTO) (−4). A representative experiment of three is shown. Analysis was performed after a 12-hour incubation period.
