Anti-Inflammatory Protein of Schistosoma japonicum Directs the Differentiation of the WEHI-3B JCS Cells and Mouse Bone Marrow Cells to Macrophages

Figure 6

Effect of rSj16 on 𝐼 𝐿 - 1 𝛼 , 𝐼 𝐿 - 1 𝛽 , and 𝑇 𝑁 𝐹 - 𝛼 production from WEHI-3B JCS cells. WEHI-3B JCS cells were treated with 0.5  πœ‡ g/mL rSj16 (rSj16), 0.5  πœ‡ g/mL rGST (rGST), or medium alone (untreated), and then the culture supernatants were collected at different time as indicated for the detection of TNF- 𝛼 (a), IL-1 𝛼 (b), and IL-1 𝛽 (c) by Sandwich ELISA. Values represent mean Β± SEM of three independent experiments. βˆ— βˆ— βˆ— 𝑃 < . 0 0 1 ; βˆ— βˆ— 𝑃 < . 0 1 , as compared with that of untreated group.
