Dextran uptake of immature DC from PBMC and DLC differentiated from KG-1 and MUTZ-3 cells. Dextran uptake of each sample was detected by flow cytometry after 1 hr of incubation at 37°C or on ice and MFI ratio is presented. Tests were carried out in PBMC on day 1 of FastDC (FastDC iDC) and day 5 of 7-day culture (7D iDC), as well as differentiated DLC from KG-1 (KD DLC) and MUTZ-3 cells (MUTZ DLC) via FastDC culture and 7-day culture, respectively. Results are shown as mean ± SEM, at least three samples were tested.
