The Utilization of Triton X-100 for Enhanced Two-Dimensional Liquid-Phase Proteomics

Second-dimension separations of 16 first-dimension fractions which were generated with Beckman Coulter buffer over pH 7.92–3.95 (a) and 0.15% Triton X-100 over pH 7.74–3.95 (b). The 2D fraction profiles were monitored at 214 nm and eluted in the order of increasing hydrophobicity.
