Western blot with tapeworm E/S Ag of Taenia solium was incubated with hamster sera infected with T. solium tapeworms (1–33). Preimmune (lane −) and hyperimmune hamster sera antitapeworm E/S Ag of T. solium (lane +) were used as negative and positive controls. Peroxidase-conjugated antihamster IgG antibody was used as second antibody.
