A number of 7,500 cells was seeded in a multi-well plate and exposed to MG132 as described in Material and Methods. The protease activity was determined as reported in the Table 1. Luminescence was determined as relative light units (RLU) × 10⁴ using a plate luminometer.
Results are reported as mean of 3 independent experiments ± standard error.
