Supplementary Table: Detailed MS data of kinases (Kinases identified in the different LC-MS setu-ups (1D LC, 90 min gradient; 1D LC, 180 min gradient; 2D LC, 120 min gradient) in assay (A) and competition (C): unique peptides, spectral counts, and calculated fold change A/C based on spectral counts. Kinases belong either to the serine/threonine/tyrosine kinase family (S/T/Y) or small molecule kinases (small mol)).
