A New Candidate Substrate for Cell-Matrix Adhesion Study: The Acellular Human Amniotic Matrix

Triple labeling of <i>α</i>V integrin (green) ((a)–(c)), paxillin (red) ((d)–(f)), and fibronectin (blue) ((g)–(i)) was performed. Colocalization was observed as white bands (white arrows) only within the AHAM (l), and not with cell adhesions on coverslips (j) or Matrigel (k). Colocalization of <i>α</i>V integrin and paxillin was detected as yellow bands (red arrows) in regions without fibronectin only within the AHAM (l).
