Annexin A2 mRNA levels in tissues from S100A10−/− mice. Annexin A2 mRNA levels were analyzed in tissues isolated from WT and S100A10−/− mice. Loss of S100A10 did not affect annexin A2 mRNA levels in lung (a), kidney (b), and spleen (c). Statistical analysis was performed using Student’s t-test and the data are expressed as the mean (±) SEM of 6 independent experiments.
