According to the mathematical calculation (a), both patients with double- or triple-vessel disease obtaining incomplete revascularization displayed markedly reduced survival rates over 1 year. Using the surgeons’ rating (b) the difference reached significance only for patients with triple-vessel disease obtaining incomplete revascularization.
