The species was authenticated by Dr. Fa-guo Wang from Key Laboratory of Plant Resources Conservation and Sustainable Utilization, South China Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangzhou, China. The species for this study was sampled in August 2010. The voucher specimen (voucher no. 01721757) has been kept in Chinese Virtual Herbarium, Chinese Academy of Sciences.</table>
