 *40.0 U/L of lignin peroxidase activity and 50 U/L of manganese peroxidase activity. All the treatment contained diuron (7 μg/mL) and sodium malonate buffer 50 mM, pH 4.5. Control was run only with diuron and buffer. #Treatment 6 was performed using boiled crude enzyme. Degradation values are means ± SD ( ).
