Lack of immunogenicity of MEF iPSCs in syngenic recipient. (a, b) MEF iPSCs (1 × 105) derived from C57BL/6 were cultured in scaffolds for 2 weeks. They were transplanted into C57BL/6 or BALB/c mice. Tissue sections of the explanted scaffold were stained with FITC-labeled anti-CD4 and PE-labeled anti-CD8.
