Radiosurgery induced dose-responsive endothelial gene expression in human cerebral microvascular endothelial cells. Endothelial gene expression at 0 Gray irradiation was arbitrarily assigned as 100%. Relative gene expression of E- and P-selectin and ICAM-1 was upregulated at 5, 15, or, 25 Gray. Relative gene expression of PECAM-1 and VCAM-1 was upregulated at 25 Gray. versus the same gene at 0 Gray.
