The expressions of p-ERK, ERK, p-Akt, Akt, and tubulin were measured by western blot. (a) Jurkat T cells were treated with IL-2 (250 U/mL) and harvested at the indicated time points. Lysates (50 μg) were run on 10% SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblotting with p-ERK, ERK, p-Akt, Akt, and tubulin antibody. (b) The intensity of p-ERK for IL-2 treatment was estimated using NIH Image software as in (a) Mean ± SE () from three separate experiments are presented.
