Assessment of HACAT cells methylation after in vitro chemical treatment using the self-designed assays (PSQ primer design, Qiagen, Germany). HACAT cells were treated in vitro with DNA demethylating agent 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine (A) (1 μM for 72 h) and the histone deacetylase inhibitor trichostatin A (T2) (1 μM for 36 h).
