The molecular weights of the LYT1 co-immunoprecipitation products (from Figure 3) and under the treatment with increasing salt concentration (240 mM, 290 mN, and 340 mM) in the wash buffer (from Figure 4) were calculated with respect to the molecular weights of standard proteins as described under “Section 2.”
