The effect of box C/D RNA analogues on the viability of human adenocarcinoma MCF-7 cells. Cells were transfected with 40 nM, 80 nM, and 160 nM artificial RNA (in complex with Lipofectamine) for 72 h and viability was analyzed by MTT assay. Control cells were incubated with Lipofectamine only. Data are presented as the mean of at least three separate experiments. The error bars represent standard deviations.
