Preventive Inositol Hexaphosphate Extracted from Rice Bran Inhibits Colorectal Cancer through Involvement of Wnt/<b><i>β</i></b>-Catenin and COX-2 Pathways

<table>The effect of IP<sub>6</sub> on the protein levels of <i>β</i>-catenin and COX-2 in rats with AOM-induced colon carcinogenesis. IP<sub>6</sub> decreases the protein expression of <i>β</i>-catenin (a) and COX-2 (b) in a dose-dependent manner. Protein expression was normalized to the <i>β</i>-actin control.
