Spleen cells from STAT6^−/− and STAT6^+/+   T. canis-infected mice display different levels of transcripts. Spleen cells were harvested at different times after infection and transcript levels of GAPDH, Arginase 1, Ym1, Fizz1, IL-4, IFN-𝛾, and iNOS were analyzed by RT-PCR. The data shown are from a single mouse and are representative of the findings from three mice examined at each time point.
