C-ANC-G and C-HNC-G represent gemcitabine loaded albumin nanocarrier and hybrid nanocarrier, respectively, formulated using conventional method, while M-ANC-G and M-HNC-G represent gemcitabine loaded albumin nanocarrier and hybrid nanocarrier, respectively formulated using method modified using Taguchi orthogonal array design method. Particle size and surface charge (zeta potential) were determined in PBS at 25°C by dynamic light scattering using a NICOMP ZLS 380 analyzer (PSS-NICOMP, Santa Barbara, CA, USA) [14]. Results are represented as mean ± SD ( ).
