The scatterplots show the distribution of the percentage of deletion on different miRNA’s . The percentage of the cells with 13q deletion does not correlate with the expression of miRNAs hsa-miR-16-5p, hsa-miR-15a-5p, hsa-miR-15a-3p, and hsa-miR-16-3p. Pearson correlation coefficient () and coefficient of linear regression () had value close to zero for all miRNAs.
