Reduction in HSV-1 titer following incubation with different final concentrations of cod trypsin after 60-minute incubation at 37°C [4]. Titer numbers were compared to a virus control in maintenance medium after 60 minutes. Each column represents the average number ± standard deviation of 3 independent experiments.
