The IL-21R expression of GC B cells in mice immunized with SjGST-32/FK506. The BALB/c mice were immunized twice with SjGST-32/FK506 in a 2-week interval. (a) Seven days after the second injection, the splenocytes were prepared and stained with anti-mouse B220, GL-7, and CD95 mAbs. The samples were analyzed by flow cytometry. The B220+ cells were gated for analysis of GCs B cells and the data are shown as the percentage of GC B cells (B220+CD95+GL-7+) in total B cells (B220+). Shown in each panel is 1 of at least 3 experiments with similar results. The graphic result of the percentage of GC B cells was shown.
