Effect of HT on TNFα-mediated NFκB activation. Serum-starved VECs were incubated with 2 ng/mL TNFα and HT at different concentrations (10–100 μM) for 3 h. Phospho-IκBα (Ser32) and phospho-NFκBp65 (Ser536) protein levels were determined using western blotting and normalized to the amount of α-tubulin.
