FAME contents of the biodiesels from dried Chlorella pyrenoidosa biomass with different water content under different temperature through in situ transesterification. Reaction conditions: 1 g microalgae biomass (oil content 47%) with 4 mL methanol, 6 mL n-hexane, and 0.5 M sulfuric acid for 120 min.
