Pan-cancer comparison of DNA alteration frequency affecting components of the KEAP1/CUL3/RBX1 E3-Ubiquitin ligase complex. Frequency of DNA-level disruption (inactivating mutation, CNL, or hypermethylation) in ovarian carcinomas (OVCA) was compared to breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). (a) Proportion of tumors with 1 or more complex component genes disrupted by inactivating DNA-level mechanisms. (b) Frequency of disruption of individual complex component genes.
